As an expat myself, I've been there, and our mental health can be a challenge when a cultural adjustment is needed.

I understand the importance of feeling included, loved, and seen.  We are all different, and our reasons or motivations to be an expat are unique to each of us, but the uprooted nature of living internationally can be draining. 

The bright light excitement, and the leap of faith into a new experience can feel: lonely, disconnected, a loss-of-self or identity, romantic relationship struggles, creating meaningful lasting friendships, exhausting, needing to de-attach, avoiding, keeping busy or falling into unhealthy lifestyle patterns.

We may possibly be even lying to loved ones at home in an attempt to pretend that everything is ok while we are away, in an attempt to protect them from worrying about us.

The 12 session investment will teach you more thoroughly how to calm yourself, face painful emotions, respond to emotions rather than react to them, disarm anxiety and belittling self-beliefs and become unstuck for the future. Learn how to self-soothe, remain balanced and stay empowered whilst continuously moving forward.
Time to dive in & start making change?
  1. This package is for individuals who know a change is needed or want to learn more about why they do or act in the way that they do. This package starts to unpin your learnt historic and hard-wired behaviours and patterns, what you hold as true and start to challenge and explore why you may look at things the way you do? 8 session self-investment package:

Depending on your needs, this investment will start to explore attitudes & values, sabotaging beliefs, romantic relationships, childhood upbringing, self-image, self-confidence, and imposter syndrome to beat down that inner gremlin when it rears its head! You will learn techniques on how to self-soothe your emotional triggers and begin to learn how to reframe your perspective so you can respond rather than react to challenging thoughts and feelings.
